– Visit the documentation page of the theme/plugin and try to find the answer there
– Please check if the problem persist if you temporarily switch to another theme.
– Also deactivate all plugins temporarily, just to see if it's caused by some plugin installed.
If the problem is solved after the steps above, activate the original theme and plugins again one by one until the problem returns. This will help you identify what is causing it.

- Disable all plugins and recheck if something is not working right;
- Read the documentation
- Answering questions about the theme/plugin and its features;
- Fixing bugs.
Support does not include
- Customizations (anything more than a few lines of CSS);
- Third party plugins;
- Creating layouts/elements that are not present on the demo site.
